Your reservation will be recorded in our online system. Once the venue and program have been successfully confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the payment amount and instructions for online card payment.

Registering your reservation is simple and convenient through our online system. After you submit your reservation, we will immediately process and record it in our system. Then, we begin the administrative procedures related to the venue and program to ensure every detail is prepared accurately.
Once the administrative process is successfully completed, you will receive an email confirming the finalization of your reservation. The confirmation email will include the total amount to be paid and detailed instructions on how to complete the online card payment. You will find all the necessary information in the email to ensure the payment process is straightforward and secure.

You can complete your booking payment using the Stripe online payment method, following the instructions provided in the confirmation email sent after placing your booking.

Once we have successfully recorded your reservation and completed the necessary administrative steps, we will send you a confirmation email. This email will include all the important details, such as the exact amount and a unique QR code required to complete the payment process.
The QR code is incredibly easy to use:
- Open a QR code scanning app on your phone or another device.
- Once scanned, you will be redirected to the Stripe payment page, where you can enter your card details and complete the transaction.
- Upon completing the payment, you will immediately receive a notification, and the system will automatically confirm your payment.
