What to Expect

Begin your journey with a hassle-free hotel pickup in Phuket, followed by a light breakfast at the pier in Khao Lak. From there, set sail on a speedboat toward Mu Ko Surin National Park, where the friendly and professional Wow Andaman crew will be at your service throughout the day.

Recognized as one of Thailand's top snorkeling destinations, the Surin Islands boast an incredible diversity of marine and terrestrial life. The two primary islands, Koh Surin Nua (North Surin Island) and Koh Surin Tai (South Surin Island), make up the majority of the landmass, while three smaller surrounding islands contribute to the area's breathtaking scenery and coral reefs.

Casual visitors will be enchanted by the park’s stunning landscapes, while nature enthusiasts can admire its extraordinary biodiversity. Throughout the day, you will have multiple snorkeling opportunities at Pakkard Bay, Nemo Village, and Ao Mae Yai, all featuring crystal-clear waters and colorful reefs teeming with marine life.

A visit to the Moken village offers insight into the traditional lifestyle of the Sea Gypsies, who continue to rely on fishing and natural resources for their survival. They are known for their warm hospitality and welcome respectful travelers into their community.

Midday, take a break on Koh Surin Nua for a tasty lunch at the National Park's canteen, followed by some relaxation on Mai Ngam Beach or a walk along the 2-kilometer nature trail.

The adventure continues in the afternoon with another snorkeling stop at Ao Mae Yai, where you can explore stunning coral gardens. As the day winds down, return to Khao Lak Pier, where refreshments await before your transfer back to your hotel in Phuket.

Note: The Mu Ko Surin National Park is open to visitors only from October 15 to May 15 each year.
