How Can I Book?

Booking our programs is incredibly easy! Select the desired program on our website, then add it to the "Cart," just like you would with a product. Once you place your order, our team will review the availability of the requested program and adjust the price if necessary. Afterward, you will receive a confirmation email containing the final details and payment instructions.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Currently, payment is handled through Stripe. In the confirmation email, we will send you a QR code needed for payment, which you can simply scan with the Stripe app. You can then complete the transaction. After a successful payment, you will receive a voucher, which you can use to access the program during your trip.

What Does the Price Include?

The price always includes:

  • The services listed in the program details (e.g., transportation, entry fees, guided tours, etc.).
  • VAT and administrative fees.

Important: The final price in the confirmation email may include minor adjustments due to local conditions in Thailand (e.g., local fees or seasonal rates). We will notify you of the exact price when your booking is confirmed.

What Is the Cancellation Policy?

We understand that travel plans can change. In case of cancellation, the following policies apply:

  • At least 24 hours before departure: a full refund will be provided (minus the handling fee)
  • Less than 24 hours before departure or in case of no-show: we are unable to offer a refund.

Please notify us of your cancellation as soon as possible via email so we can assist you with the necessary arrangements.
